Introduction:

Working principle:

By the action of the high pressure water and strong bubble ,the vegetables and fruits will be exploded ,tumbled ,cleaned and convoyed .the silt will sink to the bottom of the machine and will never go up to pollute the vegetables and fruit. The floating sundries, worms, hair and others will be collected and then taken away. The clean vegetable and fruits will be washed again by spraying cleaner above and then delivery to next process.

Descriptions:

This equipment consists of a core removing knife, a pineapple outer cutting knife, a pineapple shaping device, a transmission system, a motor, etc. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel. According to the cutter model, pineapples of appropriate sizes are fed in, the pineapple outer cutting knife works, and the remaining pineapples enter the core removing device, and the pineapple meat is rolled out. This machine can separate the pineapple skin, pineapple skin and pineapple core with fast speed and automatic feeding.
