The following is an overview of these equipment and their role in
the production process:
1. Meat grinder
lFunction: Cut the raw meat into a size suitable for processing.
lFeatures: Can handle frozen meat with a maximum size of 600*400
25mm, keep the meat temperature at 0-2℃, have a feed conveyor, and
a productivity of up to 2-3t/h.
2. Chopper
lFunction: Further cut the meat into a paste.
lFeatures: large capacity, variable speed of blade and bowl,
hydraulic drive for unloading, suitable for material temperature of
0~5℃.
3. Vacuum mixer
lFunction: evenly mix meat with other additives.
lFeatures: 1200L tank volume, high vacuum, adjustable stirring
speed, moderate power.
4. Material car elevator
lFunction: used for material storage, transportation and feeding.
lFeatures: The elevator is convenient for feeding materials into
the mixer, and the meat car is used for storage and transportation
of materials in the production line.
5. Empty can cleaning machine
lFunction: clean empty cans and prepare for filling.
lFeatures: steam cleaning is adopted, and the motor is protected by
a stainless steel cover to ensure cleaning effect and equipment
safety.
6. Meat sauce filling machine
lFunction: fill the mixed meat sauce into empty cans.
lFeatures: fast filling speed, wide filling range, moderate gas
consumption.
7. Weight detector
lFunction: Check the weight of filled cans to ensure compliance
with standards.
lFeatures: High sorting accuracy, wide range of applications, easy
operation.
8. Vacuum sealer
lFunction: Vacuum seal filled cans.
lFeatures: Fast sealing speed, wide range of applications, moderate
motor power.
9. Full can cleaning machine
lFunction: Clean the sealed cans to remove surface stains.
lFeatures: Steam heating and hot water cleaning, conveyor line
outlet with twisting cage for easy subsequent processing.
10. Semi-automatic loading and unloading cage
lFunction: Assist workers to load and unload cans layer by layer
into and out of sterilization baskets.
lFeatures: Hydraulic system + cage mechanism, moderate production
speed.
11. Sterilizer
lFunction: Sterilize cans.
Features: moderate power consumption and steam consumption,
canned and bagged products can be shared,
with steam function and hot water tank.
12. Tornado Dryer
lFunction: Dry the sterilized canned food.
lFeatures: fast drying speed and moderate equipment power.
13. Paste Labeler
lFunction: Label the canned food.
lFeatures: fast labeling speed, wide application range, adjustable
label size.
14. Unpacking-packing-sealing machine
lFunction: Put the canned food into the carton and seal it.
lFeatures: easy to operate, suitable for cartons of different
sizes.
15. Semi-automatic wrapping machine
lFunction: Stretch the packaged cartons on the pallet.
lFeatures: large turntable diameter, high packaging height, strong
load-bearing capacity.
